SL Green Realty Corp., an S&P 500 company and New York City’s largest office landlord, is a fully integrated real estate investment trust that is focused primarily on acquiring, managing, and maximizing value of Manhattan commercial properties. The commercial real estate expertise resulting from owning, operating, investing, and lending in Manhattan for over 34 years has enabled us to invest in a collection of premier office and retail properties, selected multifamily residential assets, and high-quality debt and preferred equity investments. As of September 30, 2016, the Company held interests in 125 Manhattan buildings totaling 46.6 million square feet. This included ownership interests in 28.1 million square feet of commercial buildings and debt and preferred equity investments secured by 18.6 million square feet of buildings.

Brett Herschenfeld

Brett Herschenfeld is a Managing Director at SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) and is the head of the company’s retail leasing and investments. Mr. Herschenfeld joined SL Green in June 2004 as an analyst in the Investments Group, and has since been promoted five times to his current role, directly managing the growth of SL Green’s highly successful retail platform, today consisting of 2.1 million square feet and over $280 million in revenues. Over his career at SL Green, Brett has closed over $5.5 billion of New York City real estate investments. Additionally, Brett has successfully negotiated leases with such tenants as Nordstrom, Giorgio Armani, Swatch, Adidas, Burberry, Diesel, Lowes, Fendi, Philipp Plein, Skechers, and Equinox, among others. Mr. Herschenfeld received a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Harrison Sitomer

Harrison Sitomer is a Vice President at SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) and is responsible for underwriting and evaluating investment opportunities as well as negotiating and executing direct real estate and structured finance transactions. Mr. Sitomer is also responsible for retail asset management at the company with a focus on leasing and redevelopment projects. Mr. Sitomer has completed over $3 billion of New York real estate investments and has successfully completed leases with such tenants as Nordstrom, Giorgio Armani, Nike, Swatch, Adidas, Burberry, Diesel, Lowes, Fendi, Skechers, Viacom and Equinox. Mr. Sitomer received his B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Alicastro

Michael Alicastro is an Analyst at SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) focusing on underwriting and evaluating investment opportunities as well as retail leasing and asset management. Prior to joining SL Green in May 2017, Mike specialized in real estate valuation and transaction due diligence within PwC’s Real Estate Advisory Services practice.  Mike received a B.B.A degree in Accounting from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Emily Musilli

Emily Musilli is a Vice President at SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) specializing in retail marketing, leasing and asset repositioning strategies across Manhattan. Ms. Musilli has completed a diversity of retail transactions across Manhattan, most recently with Nordstrom, Nike, Line Corp., Dean & Deluca, Bluemercury, Paper Source and KIKO Milano. Prior to joining SL Green in 2015, Emily handled national tenant expansion strategies at RKF. Emily received a B.S. degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship/Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2012.

Samantha Rachesky

Samantha Rachesky is an Analyst at SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) and is responsible for underwriting and evaluating investment opportunities across the capital stack. Samantha is also focused on development and repositioning projects. Since joining the team, Samantha has completed close to $1 billion of New York real estate transactions.  Prior to joining SL Green in 2017, Samantha was in Starwood Capital Group’s west coast office and responsible for all phases of multifamily and office investments: financing, leasing, asset management, and dispositions.  Samantha received her B.A. with honors from Harvard.
